  • Inside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 5–10 working days.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
  • Check products at delivery time.
  • Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement.
  • Return requests must be made within 24–72 hours.
  • No return for used or customer-damaged items.

  • Incorrect information may cause delivery issues.
  • Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation.
